Weapon has a modular structure and consists of separate meshes for parts compatibility with another products:

Copy the folder from zip

Set in project settings Near Clip Plane to 2.0 and restart the engine.

For projects before UE 5.1 need to bind axis mappings in project settings similar to official FPS template:
